1 tbsp oil
1lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
1 1/2 cups water
1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 cups minute brown rice, uncooked
2 cups frozen broccoli florets
Procedure
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through.
2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
3. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. fluff with work.

Thanks for the recipe.
May I just check, after mixing in the un-cooked brown rice. It'll take only 5 mins to cook? or do I throw in cooked brown rice? Sorry.. I'm a kitchen klutze :(
