This recipe is just came from a rice box hope you like it.
2 bags minute boil-in-bag white rice
1 tbsp oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 bag (16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
1/4 cup stir-fry
Procedure:
1. Cook rice as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until chicken is cooked through. Add vegetables and sauce; cover. Reduce heat to low cook 4 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
3. Serve over rice.
