Words for the day

Seek ye the Lord, all ye meek of the earth, which have wrought His judgment; seek righteousness, seek meekness: it may be ye shall be hid in the day of the Lord's anger. Zeph. 2:3. The end is very near. The "time of trouble, such as never was," will soon be upon us; and we will need an experience that we do not now have and which many are too lazy to obtain. Often the trouble is greater in anticipation than in reality; but this is not true of this crisis. In that time of trial, every person must stand alone before God. This last great conflict between truth and error is the final struggle in The Great Controversy concerning the Law of God. We should now pray and prepare most earnestly that we may be prepared for the struggles of the great day of God Almighty. EGW.
