Evacuates Business

Due to detain in an evacuation center some evacuates do something to make money. They just sell barbecued banana so that they have something to eat. Oh boy this is pitiful thing happened. MILF ruined their lives and now some lost their houses and some lost their love ones. I felt sorry for them hopefully this war will stop but how? According to mindanews.com the evacuates have the streamer announcing “Pikit Parish Gym Evacuation Center” serving as backdrop to their business enterprise. “It’s difficult to just depend on the ration because you have to eat the same viand day-in and day-out,” she told this reporter, referring to the sardines and noodles being offered by government and non-government organizations.

“By selling barbecued banana, at least I can buy fish for my family so we can have a different meal,” she added. Her daily gross sales the past few days is around P450.

She gives her buyers, mostly refugees, choices: plain grilled or coated with margarine and sugar.

At the Pikit parish gymnasium, hundreds of families who sought refuge from the villages of Kolambog, Silik and New Valencia in Pikit municipality and from the neighboring Barangay of Tapodoc in Aleosan, North Cotabato, have yet to return home.

They were avoiding getting caught in a crossfire between government forces and the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF).
