Can I Ride This Boat?

Yesterday we went to the beach and ate at the seafood restaurant. After eating we spent a little bit there in the marina where there many boats park in the dock. Chris tried to climbed that boat but no one was aloud since you need to pay if you do that. He just hold the rail and i took some pictures of him. If this is in our place (Phils) he will ride a boat since we own one. Anyway, just updating you here and thanks for coming...
