Successful Home Based Business

Last year i started my own home base business. I started less than $100 worth of money for that business and it grows slowly. Hubby told me that maybe one day it will be big and i can hire people to help me managing it. I do not have a degree in business but i read some articles about it and have some friends told me their ways of handling their business. There are many things i need more to learn like the bookkeeping really not good about it and i know this is very important. I have few friends who started their own business also and i heard that their small home business grows slowly also. There are some business that grows rapidly and i love to hear how they did it. I read few stories of sellers who has a successful home based business and i am inspired.They really work hard so that they will become successful.
