Choosing Restaurants

I knew I was missing out because I don’t have an internet connection at my house. Everyone else I know has one, and I was the last one to get it together and sign up for service. My friends urged me to go to http://get.wildblue.com/ and get set up, so I finally did. Since I have home internet now I am getting really into Yelp.com. It’s so cool that people post reviews and rate restaurants they eat at. I’m kind of a picky eater, so their descriptions of food they have eaten at different places are really helpful. It takes some of the guesswork out of picking a restaurant, and I feel much more comfortable knowing that a place is highly regarded by the community. I have also started to review restaurants I go to so that I can help people out as well. I also use it a lot to check out places in different cities before I travel or leave town. Sometimes I find myself wondering how I managed to find decent restaurants before I found out about Yelp.com! Hopefully I’ll discover some more awesome websites now that I have more access to the internet.
