Should I Make a Go for It?

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately and the thought of transferring to another state has crossed my mind once too often. As a mother, I would like a great environment for my kids to grow up in. I’m not saying that where we live now is not conducive to my kids’ development.

I just want what’s best for them and I think a life away from that which they are used to will open more opportunities for growth. If we do get a chance to migrate elsewhere, I’d choose California, particularly San Diego. I heard that it’s a beautiful place to live in and that it’s easy to acquire San Diego real estate property. That would definitely be a big plus for us.

San Diego have lots of beautiful and interesting places. I also like the weather in San Diego. San Diego Bay is one of the many interesting place i want to see. It's confusing if should we relocate there, I think I will be hooked on mortgage and real estate news so I can get the latest about properties up for sale and where to get the best deals. I would definitely need all the information I can get my hands on since I would basically be groping in the dark there. I also need to find the best deals because I am not in the position to take up home equity loans yet.

So, do you think I should make a go for it?
